Yes. Other than the shoes, American Girl clothes will fit most other 18" cloth bodied dolls. Some shoes will fit, but it is best to either make your own, or buy from the Generation line.

I have tried Our Generation clothes on American Girls and they fit- however, snugly. My sister bought some cowgirl boots for her Kit doll, and we had to cut slits in the back to fit her feet in. They also fit Maplelea too, because I have bought several outfits and they have all fit Jenna. I am not a fan of OUR GENERATION
