I worked as a veterinary assistant for years and can only recommend that you bring your dog in to see a veterinarian. Home remedies either don't work, or cause even more damage. An untreated ear infection could progress further into the ear, causing more pain and possibly requiring corrective surgery. Ear infections can be easily treated by medicine prescribed by your vet.
