I don't believe that triceps curl is the correct term, as the triceps serve to extend the elbow joint rather than flex it. Triceps extensions, on the other hand, are generally used to train the triceps group, but they also benefit a rather small muscle, located almost on the elbow, called the anconeus. The function of the anconeus is to assist the main elbow extensors, the triceps, and to stabilize the elbow when the arm is straight.
Yes they do, they're called antagonistic pairs. However, I have also heard that there is a paradox that happens when you try to stand up from a sitting position which should be impossible because your hamstings and quadriceps are both contracting at the same time rather than one contracting and the other relaxing as antagonistic pairs should work.
While it is not "perfect", for those interested in focusing on bicep and tricep muscles, it is somewhat more effective.

The Preacher Curl isolates the muscles you are trying to work much more efficiently than that of the latter. The more you isolate that specific muscle you are working, the more you will gain in strength and muscle mass.
I straighten my hair everyday and i love it. personally, i think it looks better than any other kind of hair style. unless its long curls not very tight curls(: (loose curls and straightened are the best !)
Disorders of the muscles can be caused by a number of other problems other than the muscle itself. Glycogen storage disorders and undifferentiated connective tissue disease can mimic disorders of the muscles.
hey, being able to succeed in doing 12 or more bicep curls will improve mostly your muscular endurance. This is so since you are doing repititions which involve your ability to lift weights as much as you can. Lifting weights can get hard, especially with bicep curls thats why you have to especially keep trying. Doing 12 or more bicep curls does improve muscular strength but not as much as muscular endurance. This is because bicep curls are already consisting of strength in your bicep muscles but it is meant being done more than once (or one try) thanks:)!
depending on the punch. you use different muscles for different movements. for a jab or cross i would say tricep. but for a hook or uppercut you use your whole body so its hard to say. punching is more technique than brute strength
Because the only way to move, other than falling down, is to use your muscles. That is their purpose.
It can produce and re-energies red blood cells as well as more directly absorb oxygen than other mussels.
If you exercise a lot, it should be totally normal to have larger muscles.
As you lift weights, your muscle's fibers are being ripped apart. After that, the muscle grows in order to be "normal" again and not ripped apart, making it bigger.
