Yes! It only works with adults though, cause teens can't marry each other. You can use the cheats or not use the cheats. The cheats way is faster. With Cheats: Open the cheat box while playing the sims 2 (press shift ctrl and c all at the same time) and type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" without the quotes. Then hold shift and click on your sim (either one, it doesn't matter). Click on "spawn" then click more until you find "sim modder" and click on it. A baby should appear (don't worry, it's not a real one and you can delete it.). Click on the baby and click on "relationships" then "me to other" and then click the name of the sim you want yours to marry then click "loves". Then click on the baby again, do the same thing except instead of "me to other" click "other to me" and pick the same sim as before and also click "loves" again. When all of that is done, the two sims will fall in love and you can easily make them marry each other. Without Cheats: Buy a swing, bench, or a couch and make the two sims sit on it. While they talk to each other fast forward and they will gain friendship points fast. Also you can cook for the other sim, they'll love that! :-) Hope This Helped!

In the sims 2 for PC, yes, i know for sure you can, same with the PS2. I am not sure how to use the cheats with other game consoles, but I use neoseeker when I try to find the sims 2 cheats. Most of the cheats there have worked with me. for PC : first, open the cheat box ( ctrl + shift + C ) then enter boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. then shift+click on the sim you want to fall in love, then click spawn, then more until you find sim modder. After you have that up, click on the sim modder ( it should be a standing baby ) and click on relationship me to other sim then click on loves, then follow the steps again as that same sims but only instead of selecting relationships Me to other, select other to me then loves. I dont remember how to do that with the PS2, but as I said before, neoseeker helped me. Hope this helps!
