You can say like "stage fright" whenever you are on stage...tension conquers your mind and not knowing what is going on..but you should add some constructive strategy that you had up taken from your past experience. Even emotional setup may also be the weekness for someone. But never say your communication skill , flexibility, technical skill, managerial skill, team spirit as your weekness, it might distract your interviewer mind.
