Stardust Dragon can be obtained in "The Duelist Genesis" booster pack. Majestic Dragon can be obtained in "Stardust Overdrive" and "Duelist Pack 9: Yusei Fudo 2". Majestic Star Dragon can be obtained in "Stardust Overdrive" and "2009 Collectors Tins".
Majestic Star Dragon is available in the 2009/2010 Collectible Tins, as well as the booster pack "Stardust Overdrive"
You can go to a store like wal mart and get it in a tin with shooting star dragon on it. If you do, you will get a stardust overdrive booster pack, a duelist revalution booster pack, two the shine darkness booster packs, and an abssalute pwerforce booster pack. You will get shooting star dragon, stardust dragon, elemental hero ocean, gandora the dragon of destruction, and dreadscythe harvester. It's worth the price !
The Duelist Genesis; to unlock it, defeat the following duelists 3 times each: Barclay, Shuji, Taniyama, Ellison Noula, Skathi, Yagishita, Geruzet, Motoi, Kyono, Fudagawa, Dio, and Vega.

If you're lucky; Majestic Star Dragon can be found in any Stardust Overdrive pack, though the chances are slim. I recommend buying a booster box if you have enough money; I have never failed to get the card I was after if I bought a booster box for that set.

When you complete Yusei Fudo's signer story(you complete it by fulling the 4 hearts) then you will obtain 3 copies of stardust dragon card!!!
You can find Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon in 3 things. 1. Photon Shockwave Booster Pack (Ultra/Ultimate/Ghost) 2. Star Pack 2013 (Common/Star Foil) 3. Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon Yu-Gi-Oh! Collectible Tin (Secret) Might be hard to the packs and tins since they're from an older set, so you can also buy it as a single card in EBay, Amazon, Troll and Toad, or a local card store. If your lucky enough, retail stores like Wal-Mart might be selling them.
