I change how I sleep based on the weather. The one thing that is always true is that, when I'm sleeping, I hate anything with sleeves. When it's warm, I wear nothing. When it's really hot, i wear an a-shirt and boxers (to absorb the sweat). when it's cool, I usually wear a tee shirt with the sleeves cut off and shorts. When it's cold, I wear pajama bottoms and a pajama top with the sleeves cut off. This is only a sample; sometimes I don't wear a shirt, sometimes I don't wear anything on the bottom, and sometimes I sleep in my clothes (but that is almost never).
Usually pajamas. There is no rule in Judaism about what clothes to wear to bed.
pajamas?

If you are most comfortable at bed time in pajamas, then yes.
No. Ours never wore pajamas, or anything else for that matter, in bed once they were dry at nights.

Nothing if you get lucky ;) but otherwise pajamas or panties it depends!
Im guessing so that we had something cozy and comfortable to wear when we go to bed. No one wants to wear jeans or a dress to bed!
Many men do wear pajamas.
He wears pajamas to bed.
Nightgowns are more comfortable than pajamas actually, so everybody used to wear them to bed before we decided that men ought to only wear pants.
