What part of the world do tigers live in?

All wild tigers live in Asia. They don't like open grasslands. Most kinds of tigers live where it is warm but Amur (Siberian) tigers live where it gets very cold. The tiger is found in a variety of habitats: from the tropical evergreen and deciduous forests of southern Asia to the coniferous, scrub oak, and birch woodlands of Siberia. It also thrives in the mangrove swamps, dry thorn forests, and tall grass jungles. Tigers need vegetation cover, a water source, and good sources of prey.

What is the difference between a regulsr tiger and a snow tiger?

Regular tigers are actually just orange tigers. Snow tigers are just tigers whose parents had white genes, which is like white paint. When the two parents got together and had babies, the white genes "painted" the tiger white with black stripes. White tigers can live in hot or cold climates. Even though this ability is capable of them, they cannot and DO NOT live in the wild. See, part of the reason tigers are successful at hunting and getting food is because they can blend in with the grass. If they are white, then they can be seen easily. BYe>

Do tigers ever eat giraffes?

No, tigers have no way to hunt giraffes since giraffes are African animals and tigers are only found in Asia.No. Tigers live in Asia, whereas giraffes live in Africa. Tigers don't have the opportunity to eat giraffes. No, but only because tigers and giraffes live on different continents (tigers in Asia and giraffes in Africa), but tigers would eat them if they could. As an example, lions do prey on giraffes (rarely), and so could a tiger.Well giraffes aren't part of the tigers diet so they don't always prey on giraffes. But I guess if there is no other food source they could try to eat them.ANS 2 - Seeing as the giraffe lives in central Africa and tigers live in India, they would have to be well travelled tigers to try to eat ANY giraffe !
