North Korea has a humid continental climate. For South Korea, it's humid continental in the north and humid subtropical in the south.
The eastern part of the Unites States has four climate 'zones': The Northern Eastern, Central Eastern, Southern Eastern, and the very tip of Florida. Northern zone- (Dfb) Humid Continental climate with cool summers, Central zone- (Dfa) Humid Continental climate with warm summers, Southern zone- (Cfa) Humid Subtropical climate. The tip of Florida- (Aw) Tropical Wet/Dry seasons climate.
Winters were cold and summers were mild
The Gran Chaco
It has had a record high of 110 degrees F but that is the exception. Regarding the weather most people say that its not the heat but the humidity. The central and entire eastern part of the state have a humid subtropical climate and it gets pretty brutal in the summer. The humidity sucks, it gets really really humid. I had a couple friends visit from central Georgia and they both said they though the humidity was worse here. This year its been so muggy/humid you couldn't really see the Blue Ridge Mountains. Anything west of the Blue Ridge isn't quite as bad, it does it get hot, but its not as bad. The climate also changes to a Humid Continental in the mountains so.....That is my 2 cents on the weather in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Eastern South Dakota has a humid continental climate and has higher precipitation than the western part of the state. Western South Dakota has a semi-arid climate, except in the Black Hills region, which also has a humid continental climate.
Illinois has a Humid Continental Climate. Eastern Europe as well as Southwestern Russia has this climate as well.

No. Part of it has a continental climate and part of it has a steppe climate.

Central and northern part of Bosnia feature moderate continental climate with hot summers and snowy winters. The southern part Hercegovina has a Mediterranean climate. Mountain parts of the country feature alpine climate.
Western Asia is mostly arid climate.
Most of North America falls into the category of "Temperate" climate although the southernmost part falls into the Tropical category and the most northern parts are Actic. By other classifications, the climates of different parts of North America fall into the Tropical, Dry, Moderate, Continental, and Polar categories. The northernmost part - mostly Canada - is mostly Continental/Subarctic. The center part - mostly the US - is divided roughly equally between Dry/Semi-Arid (mostly west), Continental/Humid Continental (mid-west and northeast), and Moderate/Humid Subtropical (southeast). The southern part (mostly Mexico) is Tropical and Dry.
Continental.
