Oxygen, sulphur and selenium are also needed by your body but other than oxygen, the others must also be part of a compound and not elemental. Nitrogen and phosphorous are the same - though elemental nitrogen is not poisonous. And carbon and then boron are also only useful to your body in compounds and not in elemental form though again, neither of them are poisonous. The other nonmetals are hydrogen and then the inert or "noble" gases, none of which are poisonous except for radioactive isotopes of radon. And it is the radioactivity and not the radon itself that is poisonous.
