Endothelial
ADH increases water reabsorption in the collecting ducts Aldosterone works on the distal convoluted tubule and leads to increased blood pressure.
the reabsorption of water from pct,alh in nephron which is not influenced by adh.
Anti-diuretic hormone (ADH) is the hormone that regulates how much water is reabsorbed from the nephron into the bloodstream. It is called vasopressin in the US - ADH tends to be the British term, but they mean the same thing.
ADH is what signals the body to retain urine. The reason urine is produced heavily when you drink alcohol the ADH is blocked so you have to urinate more often. Well if ADH is present the urine that pass will be more concentrated because resorption of water takes place at distal convoluted tubule of nephron and collecting duct in the kidney. But that happens only if ADH is present.

Urethra is not a part of nephron. You have about one million nephrons in each kidney and you have only one urethra.
