Organic matter is made up of organic compounds, which are the remains of dead plants and animals. Theoretically, anything not made up of organic matter is inorganic. The distinction between what is inorganic and organic is heavily debated among scientist.
Michelangelo's David was sculptured in Florence, where it remains.
No clay is not an organic material, it is made from minerals.
Water is necessary for all things to live, including humans. Humans are made of up to 60% water. In order for plants to survive they must have water, the animals that eat the plants must have water along with plants. Great bodies of water, i.e lakes, ponds, rivers, oceans, provide habitats for organisms to live in. Without water we would all die.
millions of years, if you're referring to oil/natural gas/coal made from dead plants and animals that have been compressed and heated underground. Swamps and bogs were main sources of this.
an ancient decayed forest 'aka' remains of plants
decayed plants and animals

Fossil fuels are made up of dead animals and plants and over a long period of time, the decayed plants and animal remains are compressed together with dirt.Over millions of years they will form coal.
It was formed by the remains of vegetation.
Decayed swamp plants.
fossil fuels
They turn into the soil they become part of the ground.
Coal
Coal is made from the decayed body parts of animals and plants so after a couple of days the particles from the plants and animals will start to be covered by leaves from trees and other things and for coal to be formed you must have heat and pressure and after a couple of years the decayed particles with the heat and pressure it will eventually form into coal and also plants get energy from the sun and animals get energy from the plants so that's how coal is related to the sun
