The Choctaw lived in the southeast in the states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Lousianna. The heart of Choctaw country was in the Mississippi counties of Neshoba, Newton, Kemper, Lauderdale, Leake, Winston, Clarke, Jasper, and Noxubee. After the Indian removal of the 1830s they can now be found in Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Lousianna, and other metropolitican area like Chicago.

The above answer is incorrect. The Choctaws migrated from the Northeast to Mississippi, as well as a few parts of Alabama and Georgia, in the 8th or 9th century. In the 1800's, the English forced them to move to a new territory, which is now Oklahoma. Some clans chose to stay in Mississippi and adapt to English provisions. Umm i don't know...but

The creeks are originally from the Southeast of America. They come from Georgia , Alabama , Florida , and North Carolina . Most Creek's where forced to move to Oklahoma in the 1800's. Today there are 20,000 Creek's still in Oklahoma today.
