Actually, there quarks and mesons. They are the fundamental particles of an atom. Some scientists think that a quark or meson is just a point.
Electron Neutron Proton All of these make up an atom. :)
Proton = positive charge Neutron = neutral charge Electron = negative charge Please note that the basic parts of an atom do not include only the protons, neutrons and electrons. The basic parts are the nucleus and electron cloud. the protons and neutrons are essentially in the nucleus and the electrons are in the cloud surrounding the nucleus
e- = electron p+ = proton N = neutron
Do you mean Charges? There is the Proton which has a positive or + charge. An electron which has a negative or - charge. And a nuetron that has no charge. There are other sub-subatomic particles i don't think they have charges though.... not sure on that one.
It shows that some parts of the nucleus are positive (PROTON) and negative (ELECTRON) charges orbit around the nucleus some parts of the nucleus have no charge (NEUTRON).
positive: proton negative: electron neutral: neutron
Well if you are talking about an atom then here are the parts of an atom proton, neutron, and electron here are the short names of them proton= P+ neutron= N and electron= e-
The parts of Atom are Proton, Neutron, and Electron.
There are several subatomic particles. In general the term refers to the three main parts of an atom - the proton, the neutron, and the electron. But the proton and neutron are made up of even smaller particles called quarks (there are 6 of those!) and then there are all sorts of gluons and mesons... but I think the basic answer is the one that you want. Stick with proton, electron, and neutron.
The three subatomic particles are the neutron, proton, and electron.

All the parts in an atom are proton, neutron, and electron also there is the outer part it is said to be "electron cloud". the proton and neutron are in the small dense nucleus while the electrons float in unpredictable paths around the nucleus in the "electron cloud"
e- = electron p+ = proton N = neutron
Proton: +1 Neutron: 0 Electron: -1
The answer is in the names of the particles. The Neutron is neutral. The Electron is negative. The Proton is positive.
