"Enable Password" is for password the type to be shown.
This command provides the ability to the administrator to enter an encrypted form of the enable password. If the administrator uses the enable password command the password is stored in plain text within the startup config file. If enable secret is used, the password is stored as an encrypted string within the startup config file.
This command enables a strong encryption algorithm for the enable secret password command.
enable secret password supersedes the enable password.
the difference between the Enable Secret and the Enable password and that the Enable Secret password supersedes the Enable password if it's set.

The login command was not entered on the console line. The enable password should be an enable secret password. No username and password combination has been configured. Console connections cannot be configured to require users to provide passwords
The service password-encryption global configuration command will encrypt all non-encrypted passwords (enable password, line console, line vty, ect) with a basic encryption algorithm.
