While opinions vary on this, it can be said that according to what one might call "mainstream scientists" or the "scientific establishment", there are no "real" ghosts.
Therefore we could say that the percent of real ghosts is zero.
I am aware that some will not agree with this. They may have volumes to post on how Established Science, usually for reasons of ignorance, blindness or even dark conspiracies, hides the proof of ghosts - or aliens, free and unlimited power sources, cancer cures, etc.
Let us all please remember that the scientific establishment, for all it's flaws - and it does have them - has provided us all (even the poor) with a standard of living that leaves the grandeur of ancient kings in the dust.
In the absence of real and verifiable proof, it is not credible to believe in ghosts.
