A lot of the third world population cannot speak English and also probably has never heard English spoken by any human. Tribes in the jungles around the world do not speak in English unless a missionary takes the time to teach it to them while learning the tribal language. Most of Russia does not speak in English, neither do the Chinese because they live in the rural areas or have no way to learn the language or have a reason to learn it. It would amaze many people to learn that many Africans can speak some words or sentences in English.
