As of 2020, approximately 30% of the US population is white, male, and Christian. This percentage represents a subset of the total population that identifies as white, male, and Christian.
This is very difficult to even estimate as inquiring about a person's religious beliefs in any statistically relevant and unbiased poll is considered culturally and socially inappropriate for private groups and illegal for government to ask of their citizens.
Further, you will need to clarify what exactly you mean by "Christian" and as of 2010, also what you mean by the term "Male" as both have been widely defined to include or exclude many individuals thus making any data analysis difficult given the wide variation and lack of objective data available seeing as both are now generally considered as subjective labels.
All that said, I would estimate the population of people who identify as male, white, and Christian in the USA as of 2020 as about 19%.
This is based on a 2018/2019 Pew Research telephone poll where about 65% of USA respondents ID's as "Christian" combined with US Census data from 2019 indicating 49.2% of the USA population are not women and 60.1% are "White alone, not Hispanic or Latino".
65% ID as Christian * (49.2% are not Women * 60.1% are "White") = 19.188% ID as Christian, Male, and White.
