It is immpossible to say. The term "white" means very little in Puerto Rico, as most people are so mixed as to be unsure of their original ancestry. If by "white" you are referring to someone of PURE Northern European descent, not very many. If you mean someone who appears "white" by our Contential US definition of the word, well, that is really a matter of opinion. If you were to look around at a busy shopping area in a city, anywhere from 10 to about 25% of the people would fit that description, judging by appearance. I lived there for three years. I have red-blond hair and fair skin (in other words, about as "white" as you can get) and while I stood out a bit, I was far from alone in how I looked.
