It's impossible to give correct stats because some women keep this a secret for the rest of their lives and often their boyfriend never suspects and he thinks the break-up is for something else. I'm happy to say there are still some young woman (older ones too) that have the honesty and integrity to tell their present partner how they feel and that they want to break the relationship off. Most women don't want to hurt their present boyfriend any more than they have too.
