As far as I know none do. Open Commiunion is one of the core beliefs of Baptist churches. Since every Baptist Church is free to operate the way it see's fit however, there are probably at least one or two exceptions to this rule.

All baptist believe in full immersion baptism, eternal security of the believer, etc. Southern Baptist usually observe 2 ordinances (Baptism and the Lord's Supper/ Communion), some other baptist observe 3...these 2 and a foot washing ceremony.
