Hamilton was not that into democracy for all. He believed that the nation should be run by the wealthiest elite, and that the rest of the people should only be a secondary consideration. He believed that a national debt was a great blessing and that a powerful federal government was most desirable. He found no problem with the government basically taking over a corporation. He was pretty much for big government, big taxes, and rule by the elite. Despite his somewhat poor background, he didn't think that the ordinary people could be trusted. he also thought that people should be able to vote and he inspired it.

Well,da most important thing dat he believed the government should be strong and runned by aristocractic leaders! while Thomas Jefferson believed the people could govern themselves! :D And a strong government was like the enemy of individual liberty.
