I don't believe there is a name for that but if there was it might be something like dolophobia, tsip-phobia, or something like that. Reasoning: Phobia is Greek so most variations of phobias are greek for the number 13, cats, thunder, etc. However, some are Latin for lack of a better word in Greek. Dolo is chip in Latin and tsip is chip in Greek. *Take into account that I'm not sure if I translated it into chip like what you eat or a chip of something, but I'm also not sure which one you wanted to know either.
