I know there is a fear of glass, but drinking out of a glass i dont know. The phobias for glass are: Hyelophobia, Hyalophobia, and Nelophobia. Or if its a fear of the glass being contaminated by someone, like germs, it might be mysophobia.

There is not an exact phobia that I can find for either cracked or broken glass, but there are two phobias which mean the same thing, the fear of glass: Nelophobia and Hyelophobia. Crystallophobia is the fear of crystals or glass.
