The fear of monsters is commonly called "Teratophobia". Teratophobia also relates to fear of bearing a deformed child / deformed humans.
The irrational fear is called a phobia; the experience or object that triggers a phobia could be called a phobic experience or object.
There is no particular phobia for being replaced, but there are similar phobias that are similar: Autophobia - fear of being alone or by oneself. Metathesiophobia - fear of changes.
