You catch it at N's castle but if you don't catch it you can catch it back at dragonian tower when you are done fighting N but if your Team is full you will get later in the game when you go to a Pokemon centre

How do you find powerful wild pokemon in pokemon black?
You find the extremely strong pokemon after you catch Reshiram or Zekrom in either game. There is a place you couldnt go in the city were you beat the dragon dude and after you catch either pokemon and beat N there are like level 50s and 60s
Where can you find Reshiram in pokemon black?
You have to defeat the Elite Four and basically complete the main storyline of the game first. After defeating the elite four, this place called N's Castle will appear. You go through the castle, and you will have to fight N. Before that, Reshiram/Zekrom (depending on whether it's black or white version) will appear. You can choose not to catch it if you want to. If you catch it, one of your pokemon in your party will be put in the box (you can choose though) and Reshiram/Zekrom will take it's place. IF you DON'T catch Reshiram/Zekrom, you can find it again at Dragonspire Tower

Can you catch black Kyuren in Pokemon black 2?
You can't catch a Black Kyurem but you can get Zekrom by defeating N at N's Castle. After you beat him he will give you the Black Orb. Take the Black Orb to the top Dragonspiral Tower (which is is Iccarus city) and you'll see a really cool scene as Zekrom come out of his orb. Then after you've captured Zekrom you can goto the Giant Chasm and return to the place where you fought Black Kyurem and Ghetis and Kyurem will be waiting there. After you've captured Kyurem a poke ball will appear. Pick it up and inside will be the DNA Splicers. After that goto the key items in your bag and click on the DNA Splicers and pick use. Click on Zekrom and Kyurem and they will fuse in Black Kyurem. Its another form of Kyurem so if you un fuse them Kyurem will be at the level you got the Black Kyurem up to will be that level and the Zekrom will be at the level you fused it at. E.g: If you fuse the Kyurem and Zekrom when they're both level 70 and get the Black Kyurem up to level 85, when you un fuse them the Kyurem will be level 85 and the Zekrom will be at level 70.
