anywhere but restrooms restraunts public places and public transport
They should be shot on sight for self defense from assault.
Many people are allergic to smoke. Many people do not enjoy breathing air with smoke. Why should the smokers rule the world and decide what kind of air everybody else should breathe? There are no problems for smokers to find places where their smoke does not annoy anybody. Why should the smokers be allowed to "demand" to light up their cigarette where ever they want to? I don't even bother to write a lot about the obvious health risk involved with smoking. That alone should be enough for smoking to be banned in all public places. Sorry about being a bit tense and edgy when writing this answer. I myself have experienced how badly quite a few smokers behave towards non-smokers.. Me trying to explain that I am actually allergic made no difference. At least nowadays I can go to a restaurant and enjoy a meal out without having to take allergy medicin first. I suppose most people know why there are smoke free places.
No, it is forbidden to smoke in French schools - even for adults. Smokers have to go outside the gates, and that is not allowed for younger students.
There are many places where one can purchase pipes for smokers. The best places are smoke shops and cigarette shops. One could also purchase it online on the website eBay.
Smokers are allowed to smoke in open spaces, and in their private home or private workplace. Smoking is correctly discouraged in New Zealand, and prohibited indoors in public places. In the next month or so, prisoners are to have smoking privileges withdrawn, and this is a proper response. Whilst an inmate is "under care" the authorities cannot be seen to encourage a dangerous behaviour. And smoking certainly falls in that category.
they banned smoking in public buildings so that non smokers wouldn't be forced to inhale the smoke (second hand smoke)
In private places or in public places if they are not enclosed.
when non smokers breathe the smoke of cigars it is called second - hand smoking. That's how they get affected which ends up inviting non smokers to smoke.
Active smoking is when you smoke your self. Passive smoking is that you are not a smoker, but you inhale the smoke in a closed room, office pubs and other places from the smoke from other smokers
Non-smokers are affected by the smoke that is given off when the smokers, smoke. It's called second hand smoke and it's as dangerous (or even more) than juts regularly smoking.
Mainstream Smoke
Depends, some bad smokers smoke, 2-5 packs a day, and regular smokers, smoke around 1 pack a day, and people quitting smoke around 3 to 5 ciggaretts a day.
