Roman people worked in places such as craft shops building weapons of war, jewelry, pottery, black smithing, attendants at the Roman games amphitheaters, training gladiators, building ships, and doing construction projects that ranged from building temples, and aqueducts.

Other Romans worked in mining places and in farmlands.
