Kilauea is one of the Hawaiian volcanoes. Hawaii is located roughly in the centre of the Pacific plate. It's volcanism is a result of a mantle plume creating a hotspot leading to significant partial melting in the mantle and crust in turn leading to volcanism.
Actually it is not plates that helped form Kilauea. Kilauea sits in the middle of the Pacific plate. There are 2 theories of how kilauea was formed
1. hot spots. Basically the lava plume underneath the crust forms volcanoes as the tectonic plate shifts
2. the movement of plates causes the plate to rip in certain areas, making gaps in the crust letting magma come out to form volcanoes
The Hawaiian volcaoes, including Kilauea, are not related to a plate boundary. They were formed by a hot spot.
When two plates collide one pushes the other one down. Then the magma goes through the gaps between the plates and then the volcano erupts. Volcanoes can also erupt by the plates spreading apart.
Techtonic plates near the earths core are pushing together and it makes volcanos erupt. But when they pull apart, it causes things like trenches in the ocean. I think.
not necessarily but its not unheard of. mainly they make earthquakes or in some cases they form mountains over time

it is the pacific plate and the urasion plate

The Eurasian and the Indian Plates collided to make Krakatoa (also known as Krakatau) erupt
If plates move together they will make a montinous or a hill side area. If lava is flowing beneath it it can make a volcano and potentialy erupt.

Because it is on a plat boundary :)
There are plates that are always shifting around in the ground. They move 1cm every day. When the plates collide, they make a big BOOM which cause the things in the volcano to heat up. Then the heat pushes everything to the opening in the volcano which causes it to erupt and shoot out.
cracks in the plates which make up the crust. the earths crust is not connected. its made up of plates that moves and they are formed by plates pushing together then collapsing. they erupt when it gets a lot of friction from the plates pushing together
the moving of the tectonic plates which makes the earths surface unstable which then causes earthquakes and volcanic eruptions
