If you are referring to the PlayStation Store, then start on your home page screen. Make sure that you have a PlayStation Network and sign in. Then you will notice that there are different tab/section things with different titles. One title will have "PlayStation Network." Go under this title and then go to the bottom tab which will have a bad that has a square, triangle, X, and O on it and also have the title "PlayStation Store." Click on this and it will bring you right into the PlayStation Store.
