(Depends on the officer how strictly this law will be followed, many don't care as long as it's in open view) It is illegal for a civillian to carry any knife onto a school campus, post office, airport, courthouse, or any other such county, state, or federal-owned land that has metal detectors and/or signs prohibiting them.
