Many dealerships use Dot 3 Brake fluid. HOWEVER, that is not recommended because Dot 3, being made for brakes, isn't the best for Power Steering pumps. Dot 3 can make power steering pumps go bad really fast. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dot 3 BRAKE FLUID! USE DEXTRON II. Dextron II is designed for power steering.
