The Bible does not say there were three kings. Only that those wise men who came had three presents: gold, frankincense and myrrh. they were most likely Eastern Magi. These Magi were gentiles who studied astronomy or the stars and their positions. Not Astrology, or magic, which Western Magi had studied and were from the Rome area.
The three kings gave Jesus gold, myrrh and frankincense.
The three Kings otherwise known as the three wise men. They are said to have travelled from the east to Bethlehem to give Jesus their gifts and to worship him.

We do this to represent the three kings giving presents of Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh to Jesus when he was born. We also do this to show other people that they are special to us.

He is not like earthly kings who want power , wealth . He was a king who wanted to save all mankind , and give salvation free not got anywhere.

Three kings/wise men came to give gifts to the Son of God, born as Jesus. One of them gave him frankincense which happened to be a very valuable and uncommon possession for anyone in those days. It could be compared to receiving a bag of cut an polished, flawless diamonds.
Melchior gave baby Jesus myrrh. Melchior was one of the 3 wise men who came to visit Jesus when he was born in a manger.
