InkJet
These are "ink-jet printers" - they use tiny drops of vaporized ink to provide a high-resolution matrix of dots that can form near-photographic quality images.
DPI - is an acronym for 'dots per inch'. It usually relates to the resolution of the printed output from printers, or the input resolution of scanners.
The HP LaserJet P2015 is one of the highest quality printers on the market. It can print high resolution photos up to 1200 dpi resolution at a quick rate.
DPI means dots per inch and it's more related to resolution on printers.
* decrease the resolution * add more memory to printer/computer * decrease the resolution * add more memory to printer/computer
REt (Resolution Enhancement technology)
Pixels are a measurement of the resolution of an image. For example, old laser printers used to print in 300x300 pixels per inch, then came 600x600 prints. I'm sure you're asking "Why are you talking about laser printers when I asked about pictures?" Because the premise is the same. An image that is 1 inch by 1 inch that use the 600x600 resolution would have a file size roughly twice that of a 300x300 resolution. All of that to tell you that no one can really tell you, you will have to find the resolution of the image, find out how many pixels are in a square inch of that resolution, then multiple it by the size image you have.
The Hewlett Packard LaserJet 5500 has high quality compared to other printers in its field as a high volume printer. It as a max resolution of 600 x 600 dpi.
Image quality, also known as print resolution, is usually measured in DPI-(dots per inch)
Printers should normally work in any type of computer, but sometimes there are printers with USB drives, while some really old computers may no have these.
Inkjet printers are used as a less expensive alternative to a black and white laser printer and a color laser printer. Inkjet printers, however, do require that one frequently replaces the inkjet with a new one regularly.
Cannon ImageClass printers have a lot of features. The printer can print any picture of any resolution and is very effective when it comes to ink cost. The printer also prints much faster and can hold much more paper than a regular printer.
