I believe and am hoping the Red Naval grows OK in Zone 9. Also certain lemon tress and Satsuma tangerine is said to grow in Zone 9. I have the same problem and am experimenting and planting with crossed fingers :-).
Its planting & farming both together in the same house but different gardens.
No. Cultivation means the planting, care, and growing of crops. Fallowing means NOT planting a crop.
In the same as you can't predict earthquakes and volcanoes, you can't predict tsunamis, though a seisomograph would indicate the possibility of nearby tsunami. Maybe the only real solution is to build on higher land.
The largest common divisor of 12, 15 and 9 is 3, so 3 would be the largest number of trees possible in each group, if all groups are to have the same number of trees. This would give: * 5 groups of Maples, * 4 groups of Oaks, and * 3 groups of Spruce. A total of 12 groups of trees.
Many countries use a dollar as their currency and the answer will depend on which country you mean. Also, if the other currency is meant to be pounds (rather than punds), the same problem arises.
Here are the basi methods of layout for planting trees: 1.) Square method this method is widely used by most fruit tree growers because of it's simple design, ease of cultivation and application of insecticide. it is easy to thin the trees by removing alternate trees if the planting distance hapencs to be too close. 2. quincunx method this method is used when a filer is desired. the permanent trees are planted on the corner of the square. the fillers are semi-permanent trees which yield earlier but will be pulled out in the future thus leaving the permanent trees in the square method. this provides 78% more trees than the square system on the same area. 3.) Heaxagonal or triangle method Six trees are planted from a hexagon with the seventh tree planted at the center. This system allows 15% more planting than the square method. Th treees can be cultivated in three directions. 4.) Rectangular method in this method the trees are planted farther apart from east to west rather than north to south. In this method, the trees have more access to sunlight. It is also called the alternate system. Reference: Technology and Livelihood Education Authors: Cesar P. Suratos Jocelyn S.
