i've personally used extendrarx for 3 months as instructed. during this period, my girlfriend and i were split. we got back together and the first time we jumped in bed i heard some very magical words "holy s**t! did you get bigger!" talk about a self esteem and ego boost. i never told her wait i did, didnt matter, we both enjoyed the results. i'd say the advertised results are a bit more than actual results, than again i can only speak for myself. but i found about 1-1.5" in length and 1 inch in girth, and yes a lil bit more stiff. i hope this helps, im actually about to buy another 3 months as it has been a long time since first use.
