I don't know if it will help, but I use "Bar-Keepers Friend" in my home. I have found that it works great on all my household surfaces. You can find it at Walmart by the bathroom cleaners.(It is similar to "Comet") Simply wet area, but not too much, just enough to form a paste. Scrub lightly and let sit for a few minutes. Then rinse well. I have VERY RUSTY water and it cleans every thing, and I don't spend all day scrubbing.
2nd Answer: ProRust works very well on stainless steel. It also works on aluminium corrosion! As well as steel and iron of course. ProRust will also keep the rust away in the future. There may be a reason for this rust forming around the pool area that can be avoided - such as metal filings on the stainless steel, these will rust and leave rust stains on the stainless steel.
