Some spots on glass shower doors are caused by etching of the glass by cleaning chemicals such as soap. Soap is alkaline and can therefore etch or "eat into" glass. Some spots are a buildup of lime. For these a wash down with vinegar can sometimes help. There are some products available to coat glass to reduce spot maks and etching. Some are designed for use before the spotting has ocurred to ptotect the glass, and others to fill in the rough patches. To help prevent the spotting of glass, use a squeegee (with a rubber blade like a window wiper) to remove water drops from glass after showering. This removes the water and soap so that the glass is not exposed to the alkaline action for too long in one location. Steel wool. #0000 super fine. If that doesn't do it, and if you can't live with it, replace the glass.
There are several commercial products that you can use to clean chrome shower faucets. When it's time to replace the fixtures, consider a brushed finish, which is a sure-fire way to avoid water spots. In the meantime, you can use a chrome polish, or if you want to be thrifty, use white household vinegar. Pour a little white vinegar on a soft cloth and wipe the fixture. The water spots will disappear and you'll be left with a streak-free finish. Pour a bit of white household vinegar on a soft cloth and polish the faucets. The water spots will disappear. You can also use a shower-cleaner spray each time following the use of the shower to keep water spots from forming. For really stubborn spots, you might have to use a product like LimeAway. Follow the directions on the bottle.
I have loads of spots on my face, forehead and my chin. You need to wash daily or everyday. It is best to wash your face in the shower or in the bath. Spots are germs from your hands, the germs cause you to have spots.
to prevent spots I would reccommend washing or clearosil is quite good. other than that, its quite hard to prevent due to hormonal significance.
because if you don't, it can get infected or red. gross......................wash those SPOTS!
To clean around a shower door, the best cleaner is one that will cut through hard water film and soap scum. A few drops of a grease-cutting dishwashing liquid mixed in a sink full of hot water is a very effective solution. Soak and wring out microfiber cloths to clean the door. An old toothbrush will clean cracks and crevices. Rinse the door and wipe the frame of the door with clean cloths to finish up and prevent water spots. To clean the track in older double shower doors, pour hydrogen peroxide in the track on both sides and let it work. The residue can be sprayed out with a detachable shower head (place folded towels on the floor first), or wiped clean with wet, wrung out microfiber towels.
A shower with bleach or drano
