There are dozens of application you may choose to record video screen of your pc. My choice is screenrec which can record any selected area of my pc screen with audio or without audio. Very convenient to use and works very smoothly.

Free screen recorders come with some limitations including recording time restriction, watermark etc. The free screen recorders you may choose are Bandicam, ScreenRec and Icecream. I use ScreenRec for recording videos for free.

∙ 14y agoOn a normal Windows PC, you can simply tap the "Print Screen" (Prt Scr) key on the upper-right of your keyboard. this will copy a picture of your screen (screen-shot) to the clipboard. From there, just open up MSPaint (or the graphic editor of your choice) and select "Paste" from the Edit menu.
With a Mac (OS X) you can take a screen-shot by pressing Command, Shift, and 3 together. Unlike Windows, this will save the screen-shot as a picture file on the desktop.
Most flavors of Linux support screen-shots via the Print Screen key similar to Windows, but this is not always true. Some versions require a separate program, which does not always work in the same way.

I would recommend Movavi Screen Recorder or OBS. Both are free, OBS is more complicated though but has way more features.
