There are many programs you can use. Windows has Media Player and several others, more popular is InterVideo WinDVD. In Mac, DVD Player plays it. In Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, (Google it) you can play them with VLC Player or Totem and many others. I recommend downloading VLC Player to play DVDs.
