To get movies onto a disk, say from your computer, you would have to download and install a CD/DVD burner. This will easily copy the movie from your computer onto an empty disk in your CD drive. ( I would suggest Nero 9, it has a free trial which you can download) I'm not sure if you can do it without a burning program, but there may be a way to do it manually. I'm just not that technically competent :D
