There are lots of programs that can be used to create databases. People use programs like Microsoft Access. They use Oracle. They use dBase. They use MySQL. They use many others. People can also write their own programs to do it.
you can use sibeleius it is expensive but will write music very well
I use jamglue.com some people use limewire or bearshare or itunes it depends if you want to pay for the music.

Reading: You can read thousands, and millions, of articles all across the internet to help your reading skills... or, you can just read the stuff for fun. Writing: Programs like Microsoft Word allow you to type up reports, stories, and anything else you want to type about. Arts: I don't know what kind of arts you mean, but for regular Art, there is programs like Paint It and Kids Pix you can use to actually create art on your computer. Music: You can use your computer to write the music. Also, certain programs allow you to edit songs and create sound effects, like the ones that professional music editors use.
I'm not 100 percent, but I think piano and guitar.

Once you plug your player into your computer you should be able to open it with Windows Explorer (in a Windows) and drag your music into it. You can also use programs like Windows Media Player to sync your music to your player. That will create folders on your player and you can sort your music and play only songs you want to hear.
Finale and Sibelius both provide great software for music composition.
There are many programs! You could use Windows Movie Maker, or Audacity to do this.
