Rigt and left pulmonary artery function?

they transport deoxygenated blood from the heart to either the left or right lung where the blood is oxygenated

Does the aorta carry oxygenated blood out of the heart?

I think it's false but I can't be sure you might want to try someone else. I thought oxygenated blood went to teh lung by the arteries but hey better if you check with someone else uless your willing to risk it.

How is oxygenated blood enters the left atrium and flows into the left ventricles?

Through the gaseous exchange at alveolar level of lungs, deoxygenated blood get oxygenated in the lungs. Two left pulmonay arteries from left lung, similarly two right pulmonary arteris from right lung opens into the left atrium. Once left atrium gets filled, then it contracts. Through Mitral or Bicuspid Valve Oxygenated blood enters into the left ventricle from right atrium.

From the right side of the heart blood goes to this?

The blood that leaves the right side of the heart is passed into the pulmonary arteries. This blood is oxygenated in the lungs and passes through the pulmonary veins into the left side of the heart.

Is the last stop the blood makes before leaving the heart is the left atrium?

yes, it does pass because when the de oxygenated blood comes through the left atrium the through the valves then into the left ventricle and goes to the lungs the it gets oxygenated but the de oxygenated blood goes through the veins and the oxygenated blood goes through the arteries and the capillaries join the both back to the process when it goes to the lung it gets oxygenated and the it goes back into the right atrium after that through the other valves the into the right ventricle then it goes through a big pipe called the AYOTA that is the process of the heart.

Which blood vessels supply oxygenated systemic blood to the lung tissue?

Pulmonary arteries

How is blood transported to all parts of the body at the correct pressure?

the blood is transported to all part of the body arteries when it is oxygenated in the lung (oxygenated/oxyhemoglobin blood).

What is blood carried to the heart by?

Unoxygenated blood travels to the heart though the veins to be pumped to your lung capillaries. At you lung capillaries the blood becomes oxygenated and then goes back to the heart to pump oxygenated blood to the rest of your body. the capillaries blood travels though you arteries.

Left pulmonary vein function?

transports de oxygenated blood from the heart to the lungs to be oxygenated. On a side note, the pulmory arteries bring back the oxygenated blood from the lungs to the heart later to be pumped out of the left ventricle into the Aorta

What is the name of the blood vessel that takes oxygenated blood from the lung to the left atrium?

vena cava

What is the function of the right pulmonary veins?

All veins carry blood to the heart, and pulmonary veins are specifically veins that carry oxygenated blood (oxygenated in the lungs) from the lungs to the heart. In other words, the left pulmonary vein carries oxygenated blood from the left lung to the heart, and the right pulmonary vein carries oxygenated blood from the right lung to the heart.

What are the names of two veins that bring oxygenated blood from the lungs back to the heart?

The pulmonary veins are found in pairs. Two from each lung. They carry oxygenated blood from the lungs to the heart.

What circulation route takes deoxegenated blood to the lungs where it can pick up oxygen?

Deoxygenated blood leaves the right ventricle through the pulmonary artery and goes to the lung to get oxygenated. The newly oxygenated blood leaves the lung and goes to the left artium through the pulmonary vein. This is called pulmonary circulation.

Does Lung tissue have very few blood vessels?

NO, lungs have tons of blood vessels!

What does the pulmonary vein do?

Carries oxygenated blood from the lungs to the left atria of the heart. Brings blood from the lungs to the heart.

What do the lungs contain?

Alveoli, pleura fluid, lung tissue, blood
