Most Kenworth radiators are 15 psi.
A Kenworth w900 is actually a semi tractor trailer, and although it is a good tractor, I do not believe that this is something you would want to use for simple US travel. If you are a trucker and are interested, you can view some that are for sale here: http://www.soarr.com/search/trucks/Kenworth/W900/
Open the hood, and it should be on the right side, encased in a hinged plastic cover. IIRC, the W900, T600, and T660 all use the same cabin air filter, which can be simply washed out and reused.
Use whatever the original cap was, probably 15 psi.
There is no paintball gun that runs on only 200 psi.
They typically just use ATF... Dextron III is what we use.

My radiator is clogged.
Your HVAC filter should be located under the hood, on the right side of the vehicle, and against the firewall. I believe the W900s all use the same cab filter as the T600 and T660, so it'll be encased in a plastic cover which is hinged at the top and held in at the bottom with a rubber strap. There's no need to replace it if it isn't damaged - it can simply be washed out and reused.
Use this formula: psi x 0.07031 = kg/cm2
Use this formula: psi x 0.07031 = kg/cm2
Use this formula: psi x 0.07031 = kg/cm270 psi x 0.07031 = about 4.921 kg/cm2
