The heart pumps de-oxygenated blood to the lungs by pulmonary artery
The left side of the heart pumps oxygenated blood.
The right side receives un-oxygenated blood and pumps it to the lungs. The left side receives oxygenated blood from the lungs and pumps it out to the rest of the body.
The right ventricle pumps blood returning from the body to the lungs where it is oxygenated.
The right side of the heart: including the right atrium which tops off the right ventricle when it contracts and the right ventricle which pumps blood low in oxygen to the lungs. Pulmonary arteries carry that blood to the lungs. Pulmonary veins bring blood high in oxygen back to the heart.
The right ventricle receives de-oxygenated blood from the body, and pumps it into the lungs, and then back into the left ventricle, which then pumps the oxygenated blood to the rest of the body.

The pulmonary artery pumps de-oxygenated blood from the heart to the lungs.
Both organs work together when we inhale and exhale. The heart pumps blood into the lungs, this is where the blood is oxygenated. This oxygenated blood then returns to the heart and is circulated around the rest of the body.
The lungs transfer oxygen from the air that you breath into your bloodstream. The heart then pumps oxygenated blood throughout the body.
The right ventricle receives the impure deoxygenated blood from the right atrium and pumps this blood to the lungs to get purified and oxygenated in the lungs. This purified blood is returned to the heart to the left atrium, and then gets pumped out to the left ventricle which then pumps it out to supply the organs and tissues with fresh oxygenated blood.
It pumps blood to and from your lungs to become oxygenated, and then pumps that oxygenated blood to your brain and the rest of your body for your cells to receive oxygen. Apparently it isn't pumping as much blood to your brain as it does most people, though.
