There are bricklaying courses but they are not a requirement for all companies, some will provide on the job training.
You do not need a degree to be a tutor, though some clients may feel better knowing that you do. If you have an know a subject well enough to teach it, that is all you need.

Another name for this would be technical teacher. You will need to have gone through college (bricklaying courses) or an apprenticeship alongside a bricklayer to learn the trade. You will need masonry experience and may have to serve time as a journeyman and apprentice. In areas where unions are present, you will have to graduate through titles to reach that status.
You can learn physics on your own if you want. Not everybody needs a physics tutor.
