Who makes the rules?
or
How are laws made?
Does the public take part directly in the lawmaking process?
Does the public elect a legislature to represent them in the lawmaking process?
Does one person make all the laws?
Also, how do government leaders get their positions, and how long do they keep them?
Are they elected?
Are they appointed?
Do they inherit their positions?
Are they in office for life, or for a predetermined term?
Good question. If I find one I'll let you know.
A Political System Map Is Pretty Much a Map Of the World that shows all the political systems (Monarchy,Democracy,Dictatorship...) Of All Of the Countries. Often Each Political System will be given a color, and each country will be colored in based on the Political System they use. However, It is difficult to find one of these, and few are updated to modern times.

This question has no obvious meaning. What do you mean by "realism"? What do you mean by "society"? And what would it be for the latter to "find" the former? Define your terms properly and the answer may well present itself.
There is a website called Maps of the World and it has maps of the world, of countries, and of states, all of varying types, including maps that color code based on political system.

Political scientists study the theory and practice of politics, focusing on areas such as government institutions, political behavior, public policy, and political ideologies. They analyze political systems, processes, and behaviors to understand how power is distributed, how decisions are made, and how policies are implemented. Their research helps to inform understanding of political phenomena and guide decision-making in government and society.
