It was I Want You Back with the Jackson 5. And his Off The Wall album as a solo artist
Michael Jackson and his 4 brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon joined Motown records in 1964 and thus THE JACKSON 5 WERE BORN!!! They put out many #1 singles but, 8 or 9 years later due to a breach in contract, The Jackson 5 left Motown. They signed on with Epic record. (which Michael Jackson realeased 7 successful solo abums with) But because Motown had the rights to the name the Jackson 5, they changed there name to The Jacksons. They stoped puting out new music in the mid-80s because by that time Michael was busy with his own record. The band didn't formaly break-up intill 1990. They did reunite in 2001 at Michael Jackson's 30 year anniversary of being a solo artist. They have not played together seance.
