Unless he remarried after your great grand mother was born. In that case his wife is either your step-great grand motehr or is not related to you at all, depending on how you want to put it.

∙ 13y agoYou are not related to your aunt's husband's son from another mother because you have no ancestors in common. He is your aunt's stepson.
If you have a very close family, or if he is very young, you might treat him as your first cousin and even call him that, but that would be a courtesy title, not a real biological relationship. Some people might call him your cousin-in-law, but that is a recently invented term that does not carry much meaning.
