What relay in the dashboard of a 1992 Cadillac Sedan DeVille makes all of the electronics flicker?
It probably isn't a relay- what you will most probably have is bad battery connections, a bad ground, or bad connections/w fusible link down on the starter.
On my Lexus I had an issue with the lights staying off when it was cold. This was the case for all of my dashboard lights. Then they would flicker back on. Passive 3D televisions are considered to be flicker free but at the expense of resolution. Active glasses have been criticized for flicker but as the technology is developed, the flicker is likely to become less of a problem. The ultimate test is your own experience of them. If you don't notice the flicker on active 3D televisions, you don't need to worry about the flicker problem at all.
